…Just about everywhere! These items mostly come from overseas from an array of places, but mostly from Egypt, Dubai, India, Jordan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Qatar, UK, and the US.

I would like to place an order, but I do not have PayPal or a Credit Card, can I still make a purchase?
Of course you can. Just send us an email with the list of items you’d like to purchase and from there inshaAllah we can arrange a payment method (usually a mailed check or money order) and a way of shipment, inshaAllah
I really want to place an order but I don’t think you ship to my country =(

If I don’t like my items, can I return them?
If you are not pleased with your items you can return them within 10 days of receipt for a refund (the shipping fee is on you). Refunds are only for items returned in mint condition, the way it was sent out. The Souq will not issue refunds for already opened food, hijabs that smell worn and are covered in dandruff, or a card that you accidentally misspelled a message in and don‘t want anymore! Sorry!
If you intend on returning an item, please email The Souq FIRST, with the following information and we will then proceed with the return, inshaAllah -
